Run the missions
Go to Missions in the top nav. Pick any mission card. Read the scenario, review the intelligence, then choose one of three options and write your rationale (minimum 45 characters). Click Commit decision.
Use voice narration
Press the Hear scene button on any page for voice narration. Click NARRATION ON in the top bar to auto-narrate every page as you navigate.
Complete the four Flight Decks
Open Flight Decks from the nav. Progress from 1.0 Enterprise AI Delivery through 2.0 Agentic Program Command, 3.0 Enterprise Transformation Command and 4.0 Autonomous Enterprise. Each has its own authority lab and mission set.
Configure authority labs
Open Portfolio (1.0), Agents (2.0), Transformation (3.0) and Autonomous (4.0) from the nav. Each lab requires you to configure an operating model, write a doctrine or constitution and seal your decision.
Survive the War Room
Open War Room for twelve cross-generation crisis injects. Read the inject, choose your response, write your rationale and commit. These decisions join the same record used by the AI Chief of Staff.
Face the AI debrief
After completing missions, open Debrief. The AI Chief of Staff reads your full decision record, challenges your trade-offs and exposes the pattern behind your choices.
Export your evidence
Visit Evidence to review every decision across all four Flight Decks. Export the full command record as sealed JSON — this is what an auditor, successor or regulator would see.
